Job Responsibilities
  • Assisting in drafting letters, arranging service of cause papers, preparing claim, bill & payment voucher
  • Attending to e-filing of courts document, file opening, locating & searching file
  • Manage diary & schedule meetings & appointments
  • Preparing & issuing letter of demand
  • Sending out proposals and invoices
  • Assisting in general tasks as assigned by superior when needed (Adhoc Duties).
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Law, Others or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel 4
  • Fast learner & fast typist
  • Hardworking, responsible & committed to work
  • Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
  • Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (can deal with mandarin speaking clients)
  • At least 0-1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skill(s) computer, willing to learn, responsibilities
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
